Northeast Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation

UMass Amherst

The LSAMP program provides funding to help support undergraduates research in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) laboratories. Research projects are directed and sponsored by STEM research faculty, and participants will work under their mentorship. During the academic years there will be a series of programs and activies for LSAMP participants. This will include a weekly seminar on undergraduate research, invited speakers and opportunities for students to present their work.

For additional program information, visit the University of Massachusetts' LSAMP site at bcrc.bio.umass.edu/lsamp. You can also find admissions information on the UMASS Amherst site at www.umass.edu/admissions
